Join our team in IJmuiden as a Site Manager, overseeing daily service operations in the renewable energy sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of the Hollandse Kust Zuid wind park, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in all site activities.
Manage daily service operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Ensure activities align with company and project targets for safety, schedule, cost, and quality.
Team Leadership:
Provide functional leadership to the site team, including planners, technicians, and stockkeepers. You will work with a talented and dedicated team, making a meaningful impact on the environment and communities worldwide.
Experience in offshore wind, preferably in service operations, oil, and gas offshore is also suitable.
Experience as a site manager (you'll manage over 80 FTE)
Experience with ERP systems and a good knowledge of Office 365 & other Microsoft applications.
Fluent in English, preferably also fluent in Dutch.
Salary: €4850 – €5350 p.m. based on full-time (excl. you need to live in the area (50 km max) already
Contract: 1 year via Yacht, after that extension or a perm contract with the company is possible
