Job Description We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Executive to join our commercial team. The incumbent will be responsible to nurture client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, primarily via phone, email, and digital communication channels. Role - Inside Sales Engineer/Officer Location - Ter Aar, South Holland Mode - Hybrid Language - Dutch Fluent, English Type - Fulltime Tasks and responsibilities to be performed You ensure that your customer is satisfied. With your knowledge of Machines, Tools and Warehouse equipment, or you find together with your colleagues an answer to every customer question. In addition to answering questions, you draw up quotations, keep you keep an eye on the customer's orders, and you ensure that B.V. Agreements. Through good communication with the customer, you optimize the collaboration, you see opportunities and create added value for the customer. the daily operational contact with customers ·Answering (technical) questions from the customer ·Drawing up quotations, ·Calling quotations (input) and checking sales orders ·Requesting purchase quotations for customer questions ·Preparing purchase orders for your customer orders ·Optimizing the cooperation with your customer in the event of rush orders, supporting the warehouse to handle them.
