Training Lead – Enterprise Transformation (Europe) A global organisation is delivering a major multi-country business and technology transformation. We're hiring a Training Lead to define the training strategy, build scalable learning content, and drive key-user adoption across European markets. This role is central to a multi-year programme and requires someone who can combine learning design, coordination, content development and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities Own the enterprise training strategy, learning blueprint and standards Set training calendars, templates, objectives and acceptance criteria Coordinate delivery across countries, roles, vendors and internal teams Develop playbooks, facilitator guides, QRGs and e-learning modules Track completion, assessments and readiness per role and country Align training content to process maps, SOPs and role definitions Manage the training toolchain (LMS, virtual delivery tools) Maintain version control and a single source of truth Measure learning effectiveness and drive improvements Success outcomes Key users trained on time and aligned to role scope Readiness was assessed and signed off clearly Training materials kept up to date with process changes Learning impact measured, improving adoption and reducing rework Fewer early-life system issues due to stronger capability Candidate profile 5+ years delivering training or change enablement for ERP/CRM programmes (essential) xfgnyzt Experience coordinating multi-country, virtual and on-site training Skilled in developing e-learning and facilitator content Exposure to enterprise systems in finance, commercial or operations Strong planning, communication and stakeholder skills Fluent English; additional European languages a plus Desirable Instructional design background Prosci or similar certification Awareness of ISO standards or enterprise controls Experience in measuring training effectiveness
