Your Next Opportunity Awaits – We are looking Sales Manager in Maasvlakte Rotterdam. Require rates from all types of suppliers (Hauliers, Co-Loaders, Transportation Companies).
Schedule weekly meetings with her/his/its sales team.
Manage to enter the customer and inquiry data to the used CRM Program.
Develop weekly, monthly and yearly sales strategies.
Manage a group of sales executives for road freight, transportation, warehousing and freight forwarding.
Prepare the sales reports and responsible to participate the meetings and social activities those will be scheduled by the company management.
Deliver the won business to the Operation team with necessary data.
Annual budget planning and try the best to realize the figures.
Knowledge of variables for transportation methods - warehouse needs and incoterms.
~ Provide guidance and feedback for improving sales skills of the sales team.
~ Good computer knowledge in MS Office applications.
~5+ years of experience in sales for any kind of transportation, forwarding or warehousing Management Experience.
~ At least a good level Dutch understanding.
