Your Role:
As a VIP Support Engineer L2, you will be the go-to technical expert for our VIP users, ensuring they receive top-tier support and seamless IT experiences. You will address and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues while providing personalized assistance. Your role will involve troubleshooting, guiding users through technical solutions, and collaborating with other support teams to maintain system functionality and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing dedicated VIP support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assisting users with application installations, device setups, and system configurations.
- Conducting remote troubleshooting and testing alternative solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
- Customizing desktop applications to meet individual user needs.
- Logging technical issues, resolutions, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Escalating unresolved problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Delivering high-quality customer service with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Supporting device imaging, configuration, and deployment through the network.
- Offering VIP walk-in center support and on-site assistance as needed.
Location: Amstelplein 2, 1096 BC Amsterdam
Requirements
What You Need:
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role.
- Expertise in Windows 10 & 11, Office 365, OneDrive, Intune, and ServiceNow platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
- Knowledge of office automation tools and peripherals (e.g., printers, scanners).
- Familiarity with network security practices and anti-virus programs.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to provide clear step-by-step instructions remotely or on-site.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-oriented mindset with exceptional communication skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent work experience.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience supporting VIP clients or executives
