Are you a certified Concur Expense expert with a passion for process optimization, compliance, and automation?
Join us as a SAP Concur SME and lead the charge in optimizing our global Travel & Expense and Corporate Card programs In this role, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in Concur configuration, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance across a global network of employees.
You'll work cross-functionally with teams across the business to implement automation, optimize integrations, and enhance the user experience, all while ensuring adherence to financial controls and global compliance standards. What You'll Do:
- Concur Configuration & Optimization: Maintain and enhance Concur system functionality, managing integrations with SAP, Workday, and other platforms, and configuring per diems, mileage, policies, and workflows across multiple countries.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with global financial regulations, support SOX controls, and manage global T&E policies, training materials, and audits.
- Corporate Card Program Management: Lead the implementation and management of Corporate Card programs, including T&E, P-Card, and lodge card programs.
- Reporting & Data Analytics: Use Concur Intelligence for advanced reporting, data verification, and provide actionable insights to management for continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in shared services, procure-to-pay, or corporate finance, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Expertise in Concur Expense, Travel, and Corporate Card programs, including advanced configuration.
- A proven track record of driving process automation, policy standardization, and cost optimization.
- Strong knowledge of SOX compliance, financial controls, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
