**Company Introduction**

Our client company is one of the largest net lease REITs, boasting a well-diversified portfolio of high-quality, operationally critical commercial real estate. This includes 1,430 net lease properties covering approximately 172 million square feet, along with a portfolio of 78 self-storage operating properties. With offices in New York, London, Amsterdam, and Dallas, our client company focuses on investing primarily in single-tenant industrial, warehouse, and retail properties in the U.S. and Northern and Western Europe. These investments are under long-term net leases with built-in rent escalations, ensuring stability and growth.

**Responsibilities**:
This position will participate in all accounts payable, disbursement related functions with a focus on accounts payable operations, reporting, cash management and strategy, and vendor management as well as treasury.
- Act as a point of contact for Accounts Payable and business process owners and ensure timely remediation of issues;
- Handling accounts payable invoice processing on a daily basis, monitoring invoices daily in receive queue, workflow queue, coding invoices and routing;
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors;
- Update and maintain WPC vendor master file in accordance with policy;
- Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures and maximizing working capital ( Net 30, Net 45);
- Research vendor inquiries for past due invoices;
- Generate standard monthly & quarterly reporting from AP module (i.e. aging summary, outstanding invoices, ad hoc requests);
- Manages monthly closing of A/P and posting of month end information;
- T&E processing through SAP Concur;
- Generate weekly payment runs and ensure acceptable invoice & payment terms;
- Assist in administering bank accounts opening/closing process in compliance with corporate policies. There is an extreme sense of urgency and diligence required on this task as it supports our ability to close deals on time;
- Maintain and update authorized signatories on the bank accounts;
- Coordinate payment process and transfers with various internal/external parties;
- Initiate electronic payments and intercompany funding in online baking platform and Treasury system;
- Coordinate with Compliance arrangement and execution of internal/external Treasury related documentation;
- Prepare audit documentation for SOX, Internal Audit, External Audit, KYC refresh, including record retention in accordance with internal controls and policies;
- Other tasks and projects as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- 2+ years of working experience in a corporate environment;
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Management;
- Experience with Basware or equivalent workflow products;
- Experience with SAP Concur travel & expense a plus;
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines;
- Detail oriented and precise ;
- Desire to work in a challenging, fast-paced, international environment.
