YOUNG is een snelgroeiende groep bedrijven die zich richt op disruptie en innovatie in verschillende sectoren. We bouwen, investeren en groeien bedrijven met een sterke ondernemende spirit.
Binnen YOUNG hebben we de  YOUNG Non Core afdeling, waar we ons o.a. ocussen op  kleine en unieke horeca concepten in onze homebase stad Den Haag . Momenteel bestaat onze hospitality-groep uit  Golden Stork Urban Hotel (150 kamers), Runners Café Benoordenhout (in transformatie) en een nieuwe Coffee Corner waarin we participeren . Als  Head of Hospitality ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de horecagroep binnen YOUNG. Naast de dagelijkse prestaties van de locaties bouw je ook aan  de overkoepelende branding en online aanwezigheid . Je krijgt de vrijheid om de  Instagram-pagina, website en contentstrategie op te zetten , zodat YOUNG Hospitality een sterke naam wordt. Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in  de acquisitie van nieuwe locaties , waarbij je kansen spot om onze horecaportefeuille verder uit te breiden.

Een sterke horecaportefeuille opbouwen in Den Haag door bestaande en nieuwe locaties strategisch te bundelen.
  Toezicht houden op de operationele en financiële prestaties van onze horecabedrijven en ervoor zorgen dat de juiste ondernemers op de juiste plekken zitten.
  De overkoepelende branding, Instagram-pagina en website van YOUNG Hospitality opzetten en uitbouwen.
  Actief zoeken naar nieuwe horecalocaties en uitbreidingsmogelijkheden binnen Den Haag en daarbuiten.
  Samenwerken met mede-ondernemers en ervoor zorgen dat alle locaties goed draaien, zowel financieel als operationeel.
  Teams opbouwen en aansturen – als de groep groeit, zorg jij dat de juiste mensen worden aangetrokken.
  Een ondernemer in hart en nieren – iemand die YOUNG's hospitality-tak als een eigen bedrijf runt.
#Ervaring in horeca & hospitality management , bij voorkeur met meerdere locaties en ondernemersmodellen.
#Kennis van branding en social media , met de drive om onze online aanwezigheid en reputatie te versterken.
#De kans om YOUNG's hospitality-groep op te bouwen en te leiden.
#Vrijheid en ruimte om de branding, online aanwezigheid en acquisitie te leiden.
