Voor onze klant Heijmans ben ik op zoek naar een Business Controller op de locatie ASML.

Heijmans is een beursgenoteerde onderneming die actief is in vastgoed, bouw & techniek en infrastructuur, met focus op de domeinen Wonen, Werken en Verbinden. Het bedrijf streeft naar voortdurende kwaliteitsverbetering, innovatie en integrale samenwerking om toegevoegde waarde te creëren voor klanten.

Deze rol valt onder het Heijmans-onderdeel Services wat dertien regiokantoren telt, waarvan jij vestiging ASML onder je hoede krijgt. Werken op locatie ASML betekent een dynamische en veelzijdige werkomgeving, waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. Als toegewijde businesscontroller houd jij het contract bij ASML scherp in de gaten, zowel nu als in de toekomst. Dankzij jouw brede perspectief blijven de onderhouds-, nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten soepel verlopen.

Functieomschrijving

In deze rol heb je dus je eigen onderneming binnen een grotere organisatie Jij bewaakt het financiële reilen en zeilen op deze vestiging en bent op financieel vlak hét aanspreekpunt en de belangrijkste sparringpartner. Je bent dan ook lid van het MT en zet de koers uit van het regiokantoor, samen met onder meer de regiomanager en de managers die verantwoordelijk zijn voor onderhoud, projecten en HR. Dit doe je samen met twee assistent- business controllers, die jij aanstuurt en begeleidt.

Dit ga je doen:

  • Jij zorgt voor een gestructureerde bewaking van de contracten en projecten. Waar de assistent-controller aan tafel schuift met teams om te bespreken hoe deze contracten en projecten verlopen, zorg jij voor de overview.
  • Zo check je of alles in lijn ligt met het vastgestelde budget en onderneem je acties als bijsturing nodig is.
  • Verder stel je rapportages en analyses op, bijvoorbeeld over grotere onderhoudscontracten. En leid je periodieke accountantscontroles in goede banen, waarbij je onder meer stukken aanlevert en toelichtingen schrijft.
  • In jouw functie kijk je altijd verder dan de cijfers. Merk je bijvoorbeeld dat de werkvoorraad aan het afnemen is? Of dat er meer personeel nodig is op een afdeling? Dan sein je de juiste mensen in, zoals de operationele managers. Doordat je op de hoogte bent van risico's, kansen, afwijkingen en trends, kun je het management als geen ander voorzien van essentiële stuurinformatie.

Het kantoor bij ASML is onderdeel van Heijmans Bouw & Techniek en telt totaal dertien regiokantoren: Amsterdam, Apeldoorn, Drachten, Eindhoven, Geleen, Leiden, Rosmalen, Rotterdam, Schiphol, ASML, Royal Flora Holland, Heijmans Safety en Security. Samen met de andere (assistent-)businesscontrollers van het team Control (ongeveer 20 fte's) zorg je dat deze kantoren in control zijn. Hoewel iedereen voor een of meerdere regiokantoren werkt, is er veel onderling contact. Tussendoor weten zij elkaar goed te vinden voor vragen en advies. Ook staan zij open voor nieuwe ideeën en vinden er regelmatig overleggen plaats, zowel met het hele team als met de andere businesscontrollers. Open- en eerlijkheid staan in het team hoog in het vaandel, net als humor en interesse in elkaars wel en wee.

Functie-eisen

Met enthousiasme en oog voor resultaat geef je sturing aan het regiokantoor. Mede dankzij jouw toekomstgerichte blik krijg je zaken voor elkaar. Medewerkers zien jou als een sympathieke en loyale collega die oog heeft voor wat er speelt. Tegelijkertijd sta je stevig in je schoenen. Je toont initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en kunt je in anderen verplaatsen en hen overtuigen van het belang van keuzes. Ook vind je het belangrijk om processen te verbeteren, waarbij je continu kijkt of besluiten binnen de visie en richtlijnen van Heijmans passen.

Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee:

  • Een Hbo of Wo diploma in de financiële richting
  • 5 tot 10 jaar relevante werkervaring als Business Controller
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende en MT positie is fijn maar geen must
  • Kennis van IFRS en SAP is fijn maar ook geen must
  • Je bent 32-40 uur per week beschikbaar

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • Direct een vast contract.
  • Een salaris tussen de €5400 en €7000 obv een 40-urige werkweek
  • Auto van de zaak of €650 mobiliteitsbudget per maand
  • 4% Individueel Keuze Budget
  • 2 % Duurzame inzetbaarheid
  • 30 vakantiedagen
