Vacature

Als HR Business Partner bij ASML, voor onze Security & Hospitality dienstverlening, krijg jij de kans om écht een verschil te maken. Jij adviseert en coacht leidinggevenden, optimaliseert HR-processen en bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle HR-gerelateerde vragen.

Wat houdt de functie in?
 In deze functie ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden. Jij zorgt ervoor dat HR-beleid effectief wordt uitgevoerd en pakt proactief vraagstukken op vanuit zowel de operatie als het management.

Tactisch partner: Je bent een sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van het HR-beleid. Adviseur: Je begeleidt en coacht leidinggevenden bij diverse HR-vraagstukken zoals verzuim, (dis)functioneren en arbeidsvoorwaarden. Procesoptimalisatie: Je herkent kansen voor verbetering in HR-processen en zet de juiste stappen om deze te optimaliseren. Operationeel expert: Je bent zichtbaar binnen de organisatie en jij bent het energieke aanspreekpunt voor alle HR-vragen van zowel leidinggevenden als medewerkers. Impact: Jij hebt een cruciale rol in het verder door ontwikkelen en implementeren van HR op locatie, met een directe link naar het centrale beleid. Cultuurontwikkeling: Jij draagt actief bij aan het creëren van een positieve, inclusieve en ondernemende bedrijfscultuur.

Wat deze functie extra interessant maakt, is dat je zowel het Security als Hospitality label binnen jouw scope vallen. Beide dienstverleningen zijn volop in ontwikkeling; zo is bijvoorbeeld het leidinggevend team het afgelopen jaar flink uitgebreid. In deze dynamische setting is HR dé drijvende kracht, en jij hebt een sleutelrol in het uitdragen en verder ontwikkelen van het HR-beleid. Alles gebeurt binnen de bruisende en innovatieve werkomgeving van ASML, waar geen dag hetzelfde is.

Op locatie werk je voornamelijk samen met zeven teamleiders, twee managers en een operationeel manager. Daarnaast heb je ondersteuning vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Amstelveen van het voltallige HR team, bestaande uit vijf Business Partners, drie Officers, een verzuimmanager, een L&D Manager en de HR Director. Je zal direct aan de HR Director rapporteren.

Jij bent een HR Business Partner die geduld en daadkracht combineert. Dankzij jouw ervaring, kennis en analytisch vermogen pak je zelfstandig HR-vraagstukken aan en voer je stevige gesprekken. Met jouw expertise in verzuimbegeleiding weet je precies hoe je dit effectief aanpakt en leidinggevenden hierbij ondersteunt. Daarnaast beschik je over sterke stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden, zodat je draagvlak creëert en een waardevolle sparringpartner bent voor zowel management als operatie.
Als laatste sluit je perfect aan bij de kernwaarden van D&B, wat jou de ideale aanvulling maakt voor ons team.
