You are a person who enjoys short sales processes and all that entails. You like to make a good first impression on potential clients (Executive and Non-Executive level), and do have experience in B2B sales. You like communicating via phone and email and want to develop further in the B2B area. Yes You will enjoy yourself at Board Company.
Board Company are specialists in Board Education. Their highly regarded Board Certificate teaches, potential and existing, Board Members (in Dutch: Raad van Commissarissen). They have over 13 years provided training and professional development to leading Board Members in Denmark. After great success and a good reputation among its customers, Board Company established in The Netherlands in 2020. Since the launch in Amsterdam, the company has also established itself in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Belgium.
The Dutch team has grown rapidly since the start and currently consists of 7 colleagues. They now wish to expand the team further. You will be part of the modern office in Amsterdam: Spaces de Walvis. Working from home every now and then is all good. At Board Company, the goal is to give Board Members tools in their work. Since 2011, they have trained more than 7.000 leaders and Board Members through their intensive 3-day board program: Board Certificate. In the role of Account Manager, you will work to present and sell Board Company's service to Dutch leaders, entrepreneurs, and C-level positions. It's all about matchmaking: sensing and understanding the mutual fit between the potential customer and the Board Certificate target audience. The company has many well-known medium- and large sized Dutch customers.
Responsibilities
- Warm outreach appointment booking via email
- Salesforce management
- Prospect meetings via (video) calls
- Provide customers with professional service and sales of the company's services
- Be present and guide our participants at our 3-day Board Certificate and Board Forum events
We like that you have worked in sales roles before and have a couple of years of work experience where you have previously had the opportunity to work with B2B sales. You are fluent in Dutch and English in both speech and writing, as you communicate with colleagues and customers daily.
