For our production team in Rotterdam, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Maintenance Engineer.
Would you like to use your experience to make our maintenance program smarter, more efficient, and more effective? In addition to specifying maintenance instructions, spare parts, and technical documentation, you consider inspections essential for determining maintenance priorities. Ensuring proper maintenance and optimal operation of equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance.
Developing and implementing maintenance plans to improve the reliability and uptime of equipment.
Collaborating with maintenance technicians, production staff, and the Reliability Specialist to efficiently solve operational issues and develop long-term maintenance strategies.
Drafting, managing, and optimizing maintenance instructions, technical documentation, and spare parts management.
Performing and coordinating inspections and analyses to determine maintenance priorities.
Working with digital maintenance programs and RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance).
Initiating and implementing improvement projects in the areas of maintenance and reliability.
A completed higher professional (HBO) or university degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, AOT, or a similar field).
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a production environment.
Experience with digital maintenance programs and RCM.
