Logistics Manager

Your Role

As a Logistics Manager, you will oversee site logistics, material storage, and transport coordination, ensuring seamless project execution. Working closely with CSA teams, you'll manage deliveries, off-site storage, and contractor coordination to maintain an organized and efficient site setup.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and manage site facilities, storage, parking, and welfare areas.
  • Oversee subcontractor space allocation and traffic flow (both on and off-site).
  • Ensure safe and efficient logistics, including delivery coordination and dock management.
  • Maintain site security, access controls, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Manage waste disposal, housekeeping, and health & safety protocols.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between clients and contractors.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all project stakeholders.
  • Proven on-site experience, coupled with in logistics management.
  • (Bonus) SAP knowledge, a driving license, and personal transport.

This role is based in the Netherlands and requires an EU Passport / RTW in country.
