**Sourcing and Procurement Support** **Assistant**

With branches in Groningen and Baflo, GKB Netherlands has now become the largest player in this segment. Our ultimate goal is to become the leading player on the global market. Due to the exponential growth of the company, we are currently seeking Sourcing and Procurement Support Assistent for 24-40 hours a week spread over 5 working days.

The Sourcing and Procurement support assistant helps enter orders and other data into the procurement system and assists the manager with procurement-related activities. You will work with 1 Sourcing and Procurement support assistant and the Supply Chain manager, where you will have your own responsibilities.Our logistic is focus on sea and truck shipment.

Core tasks of the position include:

- Help to place orders according to instruction;
- Input orders and other data into purchasing system;
- Assist to arrange designs and artworks with suppliers;
- Communicate with suppliers and Forwarders as needed (e.g., arranging and tracking samples, assisting with payments to suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods, etc.);
- Maintain an up-to-date procurement database, including product catalogues and product information in the ERP system
- Keep all suppliers’ related information in good order and up to date;
- Stock maintenance including OTW stock uploading and stock receiving in ERP system;
- Generate daily stock level reports;
- Support with Supply Chain manager with other aspects as needed.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this fun vacancy, we require the following qualifications:

- 1-5 years of relevant experience;
- Fluently spoken and written English; ability to speak Chinese is a plus;
- Strong attention to detail. Precise in translating received data in the right overviews;
- Good excel skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Flexible in changing priorities and deadlines.
