Responsibilities include leading growth, sourcing clients, renting, and subletting homes focused on the northern part of The Netherlands. The properties are sublet to our customers, with the Kassoe Housing service needed. You will oversee the properties and work closely with our Operations Team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor the Dutch market landscape and identify potential opportunities.
  • Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with Accommodation Developers, Owners, and Agents.
  • Develop new business prospects through consultative engagement with executive-level clientele.
  • Set and accomplish clear, realistic, and time-bound objectives in line with business expansion goals.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Demonstrated track record in profitable account acquisition and expansion.
  • Ability to offer and execute creative solutions within the sales process.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel across The Netherlands.
