XPAR Vision develops, installs, and implements cutting-edge sensor and robot technology, enabling glass manufacturers—such as those producing for Heineken and Coca-Cola— to produce more good bottles with less energy/materials/people skills. With over 600 systems installed in more than 35 countries, we are the specialist and market leader in our field. We firmly believe that glass is the best packaging material in terms of experience, quality, health, and, most importantly, sustainability. XPAR Vision is the global leader in advanced monitoring, control, and optimization solutions for the glass manufacturing industry. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to drive our commercial strategy and expand our market reach.

Your Role

As CCO at XPAR Vision, you will lead our commercial operations, overseeing sales, marketing, and business development. Your mission is to drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand our global presence in the glass industry. You will work closely with the executive team to align commercial goals with the company's long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global commercial strategy that aligns with XPAR Vision's growth ambitions;
  • Lead and manage the sales, marketing, and business development teams to drive revenue and market expansion;
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic markets for expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and technological developments to ensure XPAR Vision remains a leader in the industry.
  • Optimize pricing strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market plans.
  • Collaborate with R&D and operations teams to ensure our solutions meet customer needs.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reports to support strategic decision-making at the board level.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience as a CCO, Commercial Director, or in a senior sales/marketing role.
  • Strong background in B2B sales, marketing, and business development, preferably in industrial automation, manufacturing, or high-tech industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and expand international markets.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Experience in the glass industry or manufacturing technology is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
