We are seeking a team member to work as a "Document Controller" at Ballast Nedam International Projects for the Saba Black Rock Harbor Project, located in the Caribbean , with the following qualifications.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marine or industrial projects.
To graduate from the relevant departments or associate programs of universities.
Proficient in English language ( Spoken and written)
The candidate must have a practical, flexible attitude willing to communicate and cooperate with all levels of the project team, subcontractor and client representatives.

Follow all document control processes, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence, in accordance with procedures.
Enter data related to documents into the system, ensure their audits, control their currency, and store them securely.
Ensure that current and approved documents, controlled copies of drawings, are delivered accurately and timely to employees, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Organize the receipt of these documents at the end of the project in accordance with the "Archive Management Procedure" and support relevant departments in the process.
Prepare process and status analysis reports, and ensure the tracking of documents in accordance with the central/project numbering system.
Ensure compliance with the company's information management policies, procedures, rules, and standards.
Present information, reports, and developments related to the processes within the scope of duties to the manager, and report encountered problems.
Ensure effective coordination and collaboration with document control teams in projects.
Prepare training materials (presentations, videos, etc.) related to the Document Management System(s) used in projects and provide training to relevant personnel.
