Senior Director, Account Management Sales

With a proven track record of delivering measurable health outcomes , strong traction in international markets, and rapid expansion, we are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our Benelux region .
Regional Sales Leadership – Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to drive revenue and market share in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg .
#Distributor & Key Account Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key healthcare partners , aligning growth strategies with corporate objectives.
#Team Development – Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing sales team , driving consistent success and performance.
#Market Intelligence & Strategy – Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategy and enhance product positioning.
#Collaboration Across Departments – Work closely with marketing, product, and clinical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and support business expansion.
#Industry Engagement – Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events to strengthen brand presence and build strategic connections.
Sales Leadership Experience – 7+ years of experience in medical device or healthcare technology sales , with a strong track record in distributor-led markets.
Strategic & Data-Driven Mindset – Ability to use market insights and analytics to inform decision-making and drive sales success.
Proven Team Leadership – Experience in managing, coaching, and developing sales teams to exceed performance targets.
Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills – Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus) and comfortable engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Willingness to Travel – Ability to travel across the Benelux region to build relationships and oversee sales initiatives.
