We are looking for experienced Planning and Schedule Specialist l Space Programme to work at ESA's ESTEC premises in Noordwijk, The Netherlands.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project scheduling, risk management, and continuous process improvements
  • Perform advanced schedule analysis and critical path assessments
  • Advise project teams on procurement planning, programmatic reviews, and risk mitigation
  • Support schedule meetings and stakeholder communication
  • Analyse schedules from industry consortia and propose solutions for improvement
  • Run simulations and "what-if" scenarios for decision-making
  • Develop reporting tools, trend charts, dashboards, and quality metrics
  • Contribute to training materials and deliver trainings to ESA teams

Skills & Experience Required:

  • University degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong experience with MS Project, Primavera, SAP, PowerBI, Monte Carlo simulations (Deltek Acumen)
  • Deep understanding of schedule planning, monitoring, risk assessment, and reporting
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of another ESA member state language is an asset)
