About this role

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Officer / Project Coordinator with a strong background in setting up and running a PMO for large-scale ERP implementations. This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience setting up and running a project management office in ERP transformation programs. The primary focus will be supporting an ongoing ERP implementation across EMEA, with potential expansion to supporting the PMO function in the broader Technology department as well as other strategic programs in the future.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Set up and (actively) manage the Risk, Issue, Action, Decision and CR processes, Resource Management, Deliverable Management, Work Planning, and related Status reporting and delivery metrics
  • Coordinate (status) reporting across all teams and identify key information that requires management attention and needs to be discussed in governance meetings.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies & dependencies outside the program
  • Program Support – Oversee project communications, scope (change request) management, budget tracking, Steering Committee reporting
  • Project Coordination – Organize and facilitate project meetings, document notes, track actions, and follow up on progress.
  • Documentation Management – Create, (source), and maintain program documentation repository.
  • Resource Planning – Track team allocations/required capacity, monitor vacancies and maintain availability schedules.
  • Compliance & Governance – Ensure adherence to organizational processes and standards.

About You

  • Proven experience in setting up and running a Project Management Office within large-scale ERP transformations.
  • Strong organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management tools.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, matrix-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with senior IT leadership and professionals at all levels.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
