As Head of Sales BE/NL/FR, you will
Lead, coach, and empower a talented regional sales team across B2C, B2B, and reseller/travel industry partnerships.
Define and execute the commercial sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Strengthen relationships with key clients, resellers and ski destination partners.
Negotiate key commercial agreements and partnerships, ensuring long-term profitability and growth.
Use data and insights to steer performance, forecast results, and optimize commercial decisions.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deliver integrated business performance.
Travel regularly to our SnowWorld locations across the region to maintain strong local engagement and customer relationships.
Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and play an active role in the Commercial Leadership Team.
Desired experience
At least 5 years of proven sales experience, including leadership responsibility.
A strong track record in driving revenue growth — ideally within leisure, hospitality, tourism, or sports.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to close commercial deals effectively.
Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is a strong plus.
A collaborative, energetic leader who thrives in an international and fast-paced environment.
