Wij zoeken een Business Development Manager voor onze Pharmacy Automation oplossingen. Iemand die een praktisch plan maakt voor de Nederlandse, Belgische en Scandinavische zorgmarkt en de marktbewerking samen met de salesteams van Alphatron Medical uitvoert.
Na de introductie van de slimme Omnicell medicijnkasten en AMiS mobiele medicatie-carts in Nederlandse ziekenhuizen, gaat de Business Development Manager zich richten op het vinden van nieuwe klanten voor de pharmacy automation oplossingen van Alphatron Medical in Nederland, België en Scandinavië. Je voert deze plannen uit samen met de lokale verkooporganisaties van Alphatron Medical. Nieuwe kansen spotten Jij ontdekt en benut groeimogelijkheden in zowel bestaande als nieuwe markten.
Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van Alphatron Medical Benelux en de Nordics om gezamenlijke successen te boeken.
De verschillende specialismen, systemen en software werken vaak nog onvoldoende samen. De kwaliteit van de zorg verbeteren. Je wordt gezicht van het Pharmacy Automation-team van Alphatron Medical. Je krijgt een uitvoerige producttrainingen en een uitgebreide introductie in de Alphatron Medical organisaties. Er is veel ruimte voor initiatief, zelfstandig werken en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding
Aantoonbare commerciële ervaring met farmacieprocessen in de zorgmarkt,
Goede communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en in het Engels.
Teamplayer met het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken.
