A global biotech leader is launching its first laboratory facility in the Netherlands and is looking for an EHS Supervisor to build environmental, health, and safety procedures from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape the safety culture of a cutting-edge lab, drive compliance, and lead sustainability initiatives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Your Impact

As the HSE Supervisor , you will:

Establish and implement EHS policies for a brand-new 200-300 sq meter laboratory.
Ensure full compliance with Dutch and EU safety regulations, including permitting and risk assessments .
Lead safety training and foster a proactive risk management culture within an international production team.
Collaborate with global HSE teams across US, Asia and Europe to align best practices.
Oversee daily safety operations as the lab is set up in 1 year.
Prepare and present HSE reports to senior leadership.

What You Bring

~5+ years of HSE experience, ideally in laboratory or production environments.
~ Strong knowledge of Dutch and EU HSE regulations .
~ HSE certifications ( NEBOSH, CSP, OSHA, or equivalent preferred ).
~ A self-starter mindset , with the ability to build an EHS program independently.
~ Experience working in a multicultural environment .
