Required Functional Skill set

  • In-depth knowledge of SCM functional domains such as Inventory, Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, TCA, Payable, Expense Management etc.
  • Good to have knowledge of Projects, Costing
  • Period Closings, Month end support exposure
  • Independently drive Process design workshops and conduct fit/gap analysis through Show & Tell of Oracle Fusion
  • Should have led a team of Functional & technical consultants in P2P domain
  • Drive SR resolution with Oracle in P2P track liaising with Oracle counterpart

Must-Have Functional:

  • Should have handled a team of 5-6 Functional/Technical consultants.
  • Show exemplary team skill and gel with team members and peers
  • Knowledge on Oracle SaaS application modules mentioned in skill set above.
  • Having proficiency in Business Process understanding, Conceptualization, Documentation, and mapping with Oracle SCM cloud
  • In depth knowledge of the overall architecture of Oracle ERP Cloud
  • Expertise in supporting Testing, Defects Analysis and Fixing in sync with product development and support
  • Transformation/Implementation experience
  • Process testing

Technical/Conceptual:

  • Strong troubleshooting and conceptual skills
  • Excellent Analytical and Debugging skills on problem Solving Is must
  • Should have excellent communication skills and customer facing skills

Good-to-Have

  • Knowledge on O2C, R2R tracks SN Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
  • Should have experience in Oracle cloud ERP, with a minimum of 1 end to end implementation project
  • Hands on experience in managing and executing tasks and deliverables in the following elements of a project lifecycle: Design, Build/Configuration, Training, Testing, Deploy, Support.
  • Should have experience with SCM cloud -Order to Cash/ Procure to Pay cycles.
  • Ability to work under pressure to achieve the multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables, with a mature approach
  • Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
