The team is motivated, and to achieve their targets they have requested to hire a strong Inside Sales Manager. If you are strong in cold outreach and sales, this might be your dreamjob:

Role Overview:

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the current client portfolio. From opening the doors within the Benelux, to closing deals with values of over 1M. You are not afraid to pick up the phone and negotiate deals about these IT Solutions at the highest level.

The client appreciates being pro-active, taking the lead, and trusts on your entrepreneurial mindset to make it a success. Your reward will be uncapped commission and a fast career path towards management, with the possibility of becoming a shareholder in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and exceed revenue targets for Hardware/Tech sales in the BeNeLux
  • Drive sales directly to clients by reaching out to your network
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners to ensure high satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the international sales teams, learn from the best
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Lead the development of impactful proposals and negotations to close deals

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience on the B2B side
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-starting mind-set, you take the lead
  • Native in Dutch (English is prefered)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Skills:

  • In this position you will take active part in cold outreach, expect a true sales environment
  • You will have the responsibility and freedom to work anywhere, anytime you want: as long as KPI's are met
