Stichting SchOOL speelt een belangrijke rol in de Lelystadse samenleving. Met 21 openbare scholen, waaronder 18 basisscholen, een SBO-school, een SO(V)SO-school en onze Taalklas, bieden we onderwijs aan ruim 4000 leerlingen. Als organisatie willen we niet alleen onze leerlingen de beste kansen bieden, maar ook onze medewerkers de ruimte geven om zich te ontwikkelen. We bevinden ons in een cruciale fase van organisatieontwikkeling waarin we streven naar krachtige teams, sterk leiderschap en verbinding tussen alle lagen van de organisatie. Als HR Manager speel jij hierin een sleutelrol.

Als HR Manager bij Stichting SchOOL combineer je drie rollen in één: strategisch adviseur, manager én operationeel expert. Je geeft leiding aan een HR-team en werkt nauw samen met het MT en schooldirecteuren om beleid en processen te optimaliseren.

Adviseren over strategische HR-thema's zoals goed werkgeverschap, organisatie-inrichting en leren en ontwikkelen;
Leidinggeven aan een HR-team en zorgen voor verbinding tussen het bovenschools management en de scholen;
Realiseren van slimme HR-oplossingen die bijdragen aan een toekomstbestendige organisatie;
Grip houden op processen zoals contractbeheer, subsidies en verzuim in samenwerking met finance;
Je geeft leiding aan een klein HR-team met specialisten op het gebied van leren en ontwikkelen, verzuim en personeelsadministratie. Het team is toe aan stabiliteit en verdere ontwikkeling, waarbij het nemen van verantwoordelijkheid en samenwerking centraal staan. Als HR Manager creëer je de kaders en speelruimte die het team nodig heeft om succesvol te zijn.

Wij zoeken een ervaren en sterke HR-professional die weet hoe je verandering kunt brengen. Ervaring in strategisch HR-management en verandermanagement;
Leiderschapservaring in het aansturen en ontwikkelen van een team;
Affiniteit met de dynamiek van het onderwijs en maatschappelijke organisaties;
