The Company aims to grow 2x in headcount and ARR within the upcoming 12-18 months. Its product harnesses a self-service model which fully defines customer acquisition, onboarding and conversion. This puts product team at the heart of the Company to directly impact its strategic development.

WHAT THE COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR

Our client is seeking a strong Product director to lead respective product segment strategy, scale the product organization, and tackle key business challenges aligned with the company's ambitious growth goals. The ideal candidate has experience in building impactful products from 0 to 1 and beyond, scaling product teams through rapid growth periods while fostering the culture of high productivity and continuous experimentation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Product Strategy

  • Together with CPO co-develop and articulate a compelling product segment strategy, beginning with a "vision of perfection" and refining it iteratively based on customer needs and market insights.
  • Drive the evolution of the product portfolio by integrating innovations, ensuring the company remains competitive and at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Align product initiatives with company growth goals, including ambitious ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) targets, to sustain and accelerate business success.

Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of product managers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the development of a world-class product organization.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive culture that emphasizes excellence, innovation, and a relentless focus on delivering high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
  • Drive strong cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment on strategy, seamless execution, and a unified approach to customer success.

Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of impactful products that delight customers and drive business outcomes.
  • Balance short-term priorities with a long-term strategic vision to maintain organizational momentum and sustain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Partner with the executive team members to align product goals with the company's overall business strategy and vision.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Leadership Experience : 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years in senior product leadership roles and 3+ years as a Director of product or related.
  • Strategic Vision : Proven success in developing and executing impactful product strategies in customer-centric, product-led organizations.
  • Domain Expertise : Experience in MarTech or self-served products is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of industry trends, customer needs, and market challenges.
  • Scaling Success : A track record of driving significant growth in fast-scaling, late-stage startups (Series B, C), including leading impactful product development and market expansion strategies.
  • Team Building : Expertise in building and scaling product teams of 5+ FTEs, fostering high-performance teams that thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Innovation & AI Expertise : Experience launching 0-1 products, addressing complex product challenges, and integrating AI-driven innovations into product strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making : Strong proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions, track key success metrics, and prioritize initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Proven ability to work closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to ensure strategic alignment and deliver seamless execution.
  • Customer-Centric Approach : A passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional experiences, consistently solving meaningful customer problems with innovative solutions.
  • Collaborative Leadership : Ability to balance a strong personal vision with openness to feedback and collaboration with other leaders, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusion.
