Marketing Assistant

Persian Tourism Service (PTS) is looking for a volunteer Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts and help promote extraordinary, sustainable, and adventure-focused tours worldwide .

Persian Tourism Service is a pioneering travel company specializing in adventure tourism, sustainable travel, and unique global experiences. Our mission is to redefine travel by offering one-of-a-kind, responsible, and immersive journeys—from remote hiking expeditions to adrenaline-filled adventures, cultural deep dives, and eco-conscious explorations. We focus on sustainability, responsible tourism, and innovative travel experiences, ensuring that every journey respects nature, local cultures, and communities.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and supporting various promotional activities. Your main responsibilities include:

Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (social media, content creation, email marketing, etc.)

Supporting ad-hoc marketing projects as needed

Managing administrative tasks related to marketing and communication

Helping with content creation , including writing blog posts, social media posts, and newsletters

Conducting market research to analyze trends and competitor activities

Assisting in partnership development with travel agencies, influencers, and media

We're looking for a creative and highly organized self-starter who is eager to learn and contribute to an exciting global adventure travel brand . Ideal candidates should have:

A Bachelor's degree (or currently studying) in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related fields

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing is a plus

Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

Passion for adventure travel, sustainable tourism, and unique tour experiences
