If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Due to continuous growth in our international data center projects, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Project Manager to help shape the data centers of the future.

About the Role

At Trinamics, we specialize in the realization of multidisciplinary hyperscale data center projects worldwide . Our team consists of experienced professionals across project management, engineering, procurement, QHSE, logistics, site management, and commissioning . We focus on delivering complete solutions, including:

  • Engineering, installation, testing, and commissioning of power distribution systems (MV/LV switchgear, transformers, busbar systems, protection relays, automation, and monitoring systems).
  • Modular structures such as E-Houses and Skids .

As a Project Manager , you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects according to scope, timeline, and budget. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring smooth coordination between all stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management is crucial, especially during key milestones such as Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), installation, commissioning, and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee multidisciplinary data center projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery , maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, colleagues, and suppliers .
  • Guarantee the highest safety standards and compliance with regulations.
  • Travel internationally (~25%) to project sites and factories.
  • Grow into a program management role for our largest clients.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in multidisciplinary projects, with a focus on electrical engineering .
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proactive approach.
  • PMP or IPMA certification preferred; VCA VOL or ISO 45001 safety certification is a plus.
  • Higher professional or university education (preferably in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems).
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
  • Must be already living in the Netherlands and have an EU passport (candidates outside the EU will not be considered).
  • Valid driver's license .
