Development opportunities: Be part of our growth and develop yourself with us A dynamic team: Join a young, motivated team with flat hierarchies and open doors YOUR PROFILE: Completed studies in Business Administration, Commerce, or a comparable field At least 3 years of professional experience in the FMCG industry, ideally in Key Account Management or Sales Proven experience in complex, strategic negotiations Strong financial understanding (P&L, modeling) and an analytical yet pragmatic working style Experience with international trade structures is an advantage (France, Belgium and Netherlands) High level of initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and confident demeanor Fluent French and English (German is a plus) Familiarity with reporting tools A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within BeNeLux region YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Independent management and further development of customers in the retail channel (BeNeLux) Responsibility for sales, annual negotiations, and strategic contract management Support of European Key Account Director in international projects and negotiations Analysis of market, competitor, and customer developments, and derivation of appropriate measures Planning, management, and control of the assigned budget within the framework of negotiations Implementation of customer-specific activation measures in close collaboration with specialist departments Ensuring sustainable growth while taking revenue, profit, and brand parameters into account Equal Opportunity Employer: Uludag Deutschland GmbH is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. xfgnyzt We welcome and consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, or any other legally protected characteristic.
