Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows using platforms like FreshSales.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns aligned with business objectives, leveraging CRM data for personalization.
Track key metrics and generate reports to assess marketing effectiveness and communicate insights to stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM and marketing automation, conducting A/B testing and experimentation to optimize strategies.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and establish data governance policies to maintain data integrity and security.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3 years of experience in CRM management and marketing automation, preferably in fast paced environment
Proficiency in CRM platforms such as FreshSales or similar and marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and compliance.
Certifications in CRM and marketing automation are a plus.
