Business Development Specialist - Amsterdam

Amoria Group is a fast-growing international Staffing & Recruitment Consultancy with offices all over Europe and Asia. We are active in the fields of Engineering, Life Sciences and IT and currently looking to expand our teams with an office in the heart of Amsterdam.

What will you do?

  • Have the opportunity to develop one of our Business units within the North-American market in touch with a team of colleagues with clear task differentiation and cooperation.
  • Analyse the market movements to clearly target potential new partnerships
  • Develop your client portfolio and work on managing their projects.
  • Support clients by helping them identify their needs and provide them with the right solution.
  • Build relationships with managers and negotiate deals for them.
  • Work with a team contributing different aspects to each others projects.

What do you bring?

  • You have gained some experience in commercial roles such as Partnership Management or BD.
  • You easy to connect with and an open communicator.
  • You are eager to build and care for relationships.
  • You are a motivated, ambitious and results-driven team player.
  • You have excellent spoken and written skills in English (Swedish, Dutch and/or German are a plus)
