Role Overview:

We are looking for a Weight Loss Support Specialist to provide dedicated support to our clients undergoing weight loss treatments. This role ensures a seamless and supportive experience by following up with clients, addressing concerns, assisting clinic managers, and driving business growth by owning the process and customer relationships.

Location: flexible within the Netherlands

While we have listed the Amsterdam Area as the job location, this role can be based anywhere in the Netherlands. However, occasional travel will be required, ideally from a location within reasonable proximity to our clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients undergoing weight loss treatments.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and messages to check on client progress, answer questions, and offer guidance.
  • Ensure adherence to treatment plans by monitoring client compliance and scheduling necessary follow-ups.
  • Document client interactions, progress, and any concerns in the clinic's system.
  • Work closely with medical professionals and clinic managers to provide feedback on patient experiences.
  • Assist in resolving client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provide educational materials and resources to support clients in their weight loss journey.
  • Support administrative tasks related to the weight loss program as needed.
  • Chase leads and ensure all potential clients are engaged and converted effectively.
  • Place orders related to weight loss treatments and client needs.
  • Assist doctors in arranging prescriptions and coordinating necessary approvals.
  • Set up video conferencing for remote consultations and follow-ups.
  • Drive for sales targets and ensure revenue goals are met.
  • Take full ownership of the process and customer books, ensuring a smooth, results-driven experience for every client.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in a client support, sales, patient coordination, or healthcare-related role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide empathetic and professional support to clients.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with weight loss treatments, including GLP-1 medications, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English is required.
