As Strategic Account Manager, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement commercial strategies, ensuring customer-focused, scalable solutions.
Manage and grow key customer accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion.
Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize revenue across warehousing and value-added services.
Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Negotiate contracts and proposals while ensuring compliance with local market regulations.
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform commercial strategies.
Work closely with the regional sales team, setting goals and tracking performance.
Experience in account management or business development within contract logistics/supply chain.
A strong track record of driving sales growth in a B2B environment, ideally in warehousing/contract logistics.
Proficiency in English and Dutch .
Skills using Salesforce and MH methodology (desirable)
