We're a passionate, driven, and senior team looking for a highly creative, visionary, and execution-driven Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts, amplify growth, and establish Eleven as an inspiring global technology brand. As Eleven's Director of Marketing, you will be a pivotal leader in catapulting our brand and driving global growth.

Lead impactful campaigns, refine our brand, and act as a hands-on bridge between sales, customers, technology, and the market to ensure consistent, resonant messaging.

~ Own the Eleven brand experience end-to-end, from visual to verbal, pushing creative boundaries with high autonomy and collaborating closely with the CEO and your network of specialists.

~ Spearhead marketing for a platform revolutionizing the industry, directly impacting global awareness, customer acquisition, and the fundamental workings of private investment.

You are a strategic and creative marketing leader who thrives on driving growth and building impactful brands. You understand customer needs and the competitive landscape, translating insights into compelling narratives and data-driven campaigns that inspire action.

~ You own all aspects of marketing, from strategic planning to hands-on execution. You can implement things directly, from creative to content to campaigns. Inspire and connect emotionally through impactful content. Are a self-starter and collaborative leader. You take ownership, require minimal direction, excel at multitasking and project management, and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders. Possess comprehensive marketing expertise. You are proficient in running social media campaigns, optimizing content, optimizing audiences, empowering sales teams, optimizing SEO, optimizing customer experiences, sales and marketing automation, leveraging creative professionals and knowing how and when to use AI to boost productivity while staying on brand and human.

Refine the long-term vision, mission, and goals, using them as the foundation for all marketing efforts.

~ Digital presence and content leadership:

~ Oversee and create insightful, on-brand content across all digital channels (blogs, case studies, testimonials, company updates, etc.).

~ Marketing campaign management and growth:

~ Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through strategic digital marketing campaigns, including ROI-driven advertising and email marketing.

~ Equip the sales team with effective marketing materials and optimize customer upgrade conversions.

~ Team and cross-functional leadership:

~ Build and lead a high-performing marketing operation, fostering collaboration with sales, product, market teams and customers and lead and manage a network of marketing and creative specialists.

~ Act as a key liaison between marketing and sales, ensuring alignment and maximizing impact.

~ Measure and optimize marketing performance using data and KPIs, ensuring efficient budget management and ROI.

~ Develop a deep understanding of the product, market, and customer needs to inform strategic marketing decisions.

~ 7+ years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in technology or software industries.
~ A portfolio demonstrating exceptional creativity and marketing proficiency with a proven track record of driving growth and overcoming marketing challenges.
~ Proven experience collaborating with sales teams, engaging with customers, and leading creative teams.
~ Deep understanding of SEO, email marketing, marketing automation, analytics, digital advertising, and audience optimization.
~ Proven experience overseeing marketing budgets and delivering a positive ROI.
~ Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote and virtual work environment.
~ Based in the Netherlands
~ Completely natural command of the English language and strong writing skills
