Assistant Commercial Administrator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Assistant to join our global team of young professionals. The ideal candidate will support the Sales Manager in daily operations whilst driving growth and brand awareness. This role requires a combination of organizational skills, strong administrative skills, and a passion for sales Commercial Support:

• Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts;

• Maintain up-to-date records of customer information, sales transactions, and sales performance reports using Hubspot;

• Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales reports for management to track key metrics and performance;

• Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, including travel arrangements, client visits, and follow-ups.

Bachelor's degree in CE;

• 1-2 years experience in a commercial admin rol, a recent graduate is as well invited to apply;

• o Professional level in English, verbal and written. German is a plus;
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
o Ability to work independently and in a team setting;
