Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our client's logistics challenges.

The Account Coordinator serves as one of the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The Account Coordinator is expected to consistently provide excellent client service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the Account Coordinator should build strong relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Acting on Customer Requests.
  • Responsible for order management from order release to invoice.
  • Responsible for inbound order processing. Coordinate with the customer if inbound exceeds forecast and we need to reschedule in order to process.
  • Transport management outbound (taking care of the entire flow of the FCA/DDP/DAP shipments, pre-alerts,T1 documentation, arranging trucks).
  • Ensure reports are maintained on a weekly basis. Providing an updated report to our customers in order to provide them with insight on the order status.
  • Providing required input for customer presentations.
  • Communicate any KPI issues with the Account Manager and Operations Manager.
  • Actively participating in Continuous Improvement culture
  • Handling customer complaints.

Physical Requirements:

  • Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment.
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Other skills and abilities:

  • Technical competence (excel, word, power point etc.)
  • Fluent Dutch and English both written and spoken.
  • People skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance relationship with client.
  • Extremely detail oriented.
