This role is expected to become one of the key commercial leaders in Spectral's global scaling journey. /pp Mining represents a strategically important growth market with significant commercial potential for Spectral Industries, as the benefits of rapid, non-contact elemental analysis create immediate and measurable value for mining operations. Even small improvements in ore sorting or process control can result in substantial cost savings. /pp In a later phase, the company will expand into additional industries, including recycling in Europe. Building and expanding a strong, professional commercial team is one of the organization's key priorities. /pp What will you do as a Business Development Director at Spectral Industries? /pulli As a key member of the commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Spectral Industries' international growth strategy. Through your commercial initiatives, you will increase market awareness of Spectral Industries and its products, while clearly demonstrating the value proposition and operational impact of its technology to customers. /lili You will establish and grow the market within the mining sector (and/or recycling sector) by acquiring new customers.
