ulliDevelop, implement, and maintain detailed project schedules using bPrimavera P6 and/or MS Project /b, ensuring alignment with project milestones and contractual deadlines. /liliPrepare and monitor bbaseline schedules, look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and resource allocation plans /b throughout the 2-year project duration. /liliCoordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective planning and timely execution of construction activities. /liliMonitor actual progress against planned schedules, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions to maintain project timelines. /liliPerform bcritical path analysis, delay analysis, and schedule impact assessments /b, supporting extension of time (EOT) claims when required. /liliPrepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including bS-curves, manpower histograms, productivity analysis, and KPI dashboards /b for management review. /liliIdentify project risks, scheduling constraints, and resource bottlenecks, and develop mitigation and recovery plans to minimize delays. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
