We are looking for a Sales Lead who will establish a structured approach to customer acquisition, launch effective sales strategies, and expand company's market reach. Our company has organically grown through our reputation and expertise, but to boost our growth even further, a systematic and innovative approach to sales is needed.
This is more than just sales — it's about being a guide to the Netherlands, helping businesses and individuals take their first steps with confidence. It's a role for someone who believes in what we do, is passionate about making the process easier, and genuinely enjoys helping clients navigate new opportunities.
Develop and implement a sales strategy: define target clients, key channels, and growth opportunities
Set up sales processes, introduce tools for tracking, reporting, and analytics
Build a predictable inbound customer pipeline and improve client acquisition
Drive the company's expansion into the B2B market, identifying new opportunities and positioning our services for corporate clients
Explore and implement new sales mechanics and innovative approaches to customer engagement
Expand into the English-speaking market, adapting sales strategies for market segments
Hire and lead a sales team if necessary to support business growth
What will help you succeed:
An experienced B2B/B2C sales professional who knows how to work with corporate clients and complex products and services
Someone who has built sales from scratch: designed strategies, set up processes, and implemented tools
A creative and analytical thinker who seeks out new sales opportunities and innovative ways to engage potential clients
An expert in sales analytics, metrics, and funnel optimization
Fluent English is required. Strong conversational Russian is essential. Dutch is a big plus
