Netsuite ERP Administrator - Interim contractor

SystemsAccountants is working with a dynamic final client company looking for a Netsuite Functional Administrator.

The company has implemented Oracle Netsuite as the core ERP and is looking for a Netsuite ERP Administrator or Finance Systems Analyst to help them support and improve the system, as the company continues to grow.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support, manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP solution
  • Provide Netsuite Administration, End user Support (1st / 2nd level) and system training
  • Support Netsuite improvement projects, e.g. new implementations, module configuration and customization, data quality improvement, automation projects
  • Troubleshooting Netsuite issues, escalating as needed
  • Requirements Gathering with Business stakeholders to identify system and process improvements
  • Systems testing
  • End User training

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a NetSuite Administrator, Functional Administrator or Netsuite ERP Consultant
  • Experience with NetSuite modules such as Financials, R2R, P2P, O2C
  • Good functional business process understanding of key areas e.g. finance and procurement
  • Experience supporting Netsuite end users (1st, 2nd level support)
  • Ideally prior Netsuite project experience, e.g. module rollouts, improvement projects
