We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter PLM Consultant with 8-10 years of expertise in Siemens Teamcenter and related technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong functional and technical understanding of multiple Teamcenter PLM modules, including Structure Manager, Workflow Designer, and AM Rule Tree, as well as proficiency in integrating with systems like NX and SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teamcenter Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Teamcenter modules such as Structure Manager, Workflow Designer, and AM Rule Tree to meet specific business requirements.
- Integration Expertise: Develop and maintain interfaces between Teamcenter and other enterprise systems, including NX and SAP, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.
- Web Client Development: Utilize JavaScript, AngularJS, and ReactJS to develop and customize Active Workspace Client (AWC) interfaces, enhancing user experience and functionality.
- NX Modeling: Perform hands-on modeling in NX, including stage modeling and parts manufacturing modeling, to support product development processes.
- Version Management: Manage and upgrade Teamcenter versions (10.x or later) to ensure the system remains current and effective.
- CAM Module Knowledge: Apply knowledge of the CAM module to support manufacturing processes and ensure alignment with product designs.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience with Teamcenter PLM modules, including Structure Manager, Workflow Designer, and AM Rule Tree.
- Hands-on experience in Teamcenter and Active Workspace Client (AWC) configuration and customization.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and ReactJS for web client development.
- Experience in NX modeling, with a focus on stage modeling and parts manufacturing modeling.
- Familiarity with Teamcenter versions 10.x or later.
- Knowledge of the CAM module and its application in manufacturing processes.
Desirable Skills:
- Understanding of NX Teamcenter overall architecture.
- Experience with Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) versions 3.2 and above.
- Experience in TC/NX application upgrades.
- Advanced stage modeling skills.
- In-depth CAM knowledge.
