We are seeking a proactive and organized professional with a strong people-oriented mindset to join our growing team as a **Sales & Marketing** **Assistant**. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy multitasking and bring structure and energy to your work; this role is for you The Sales & Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Sales and Marketing team in achieving business objectives. This position involves a mix of administrative, organizational, and customer-facing tasks to ensure smooth operations and enhanced customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:
**Communication & Coordination**
- Monitor and manage the sales inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
In time be able to qualify incoming leads.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to coordinate sales and marketing activities.

**Travel & Event Organization**
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including accommodations and transportation.
- Plan and manage logistics for events, such as conferences, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Represent the company at events when required, showcasing products and building relationships with prospects and clients.

**CRM System Management**
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Generate and prepare regular sales and marketing reports for internal review.

**Sales & Marketing Support**
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Create and maintain sales and marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.

The role may require occasional travel for events and conferences.

**Requirements**:

- You have at least an HBO-level education.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar supporting role.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Professional working proficiency in Dutch is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, technical environment with strong attention to detail.
- Facilitative, supportive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and resilient under pressure.
- Ability to set priorities effectively and adapt to changing needs.
- Team player who enjoys supporting and collaborating with others.
