Projective Group is seeking an experienced Marketing & Communication Professional to join our team in Amsterdam.

You will be a vital part of our Dutch marketing team, working closely with international colleagues. Your primary focus will be to support our Payments practice from a marketing perspective, playing a key role in raising Projective Group’s profile.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, with a focus on the Payments practice.
- Craft and execute impactful marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and brand engagement.
- Organise and manage events to strengthen customer relationships and attract new business.
- Support and professionalise the marketing team.
- Ensure consistent and effective internal communication across teams.

**Key Skills and Attributes**
- Relevant B2B marketing experience, preferably within the financial sector.
- Strong strategic and operational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proactive, creative thinker with a result-oriented approach.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
