To support our COO and our CCO, we are looking for a new

**Management Assistant to the COO and CCO (32-36 hrs)**

Being the first point of contact for the COO and CCO, internally and externally, you connect easily because of your flexibility and excellent communication skills. With your organisational talent you make complex matters feel easy. Finding the balance between small details and large comprehensive tasks is a welcome challenge for you. Dealing with confidential information with utmost integrity and discretion is self-evident.

**Take action**
- Manage comprehensive and complex calendars; plan (international) meetings and activities for the COO and CCO.
- Co-organise complex (international) meetings and events.
- Pro-actively follow up actions and mailbox management.
- Collect and prepare documentation and information for use in discussions and meetings of the COO and CCO.
- Organize travel arrangements for the COO and CCO as required.
- Act as host for visitors to the COO and CCO (and possibly the other Executive Board members).

**The team**

You will directly support Nico Kronemeijer (COO) and Jacco Minnaar (CCO), members of the Executive Board. And work closely together with the team of Management Assistants, who support the other Executive Board Members, Managing Directors and Group Directors.

Collegial support with the teamwhenever needed to collaboratively ensure full support to the Executive Board. Currently the Management Assistant function is driving to a more mature state by increasing collaboration, community building, sharing best practice, and training across Management Assistants.

You will also work closely with the Corporate Office led by the Corporate Secretary.
