To run a successful hotel, you certainly need guests. We here at Sircle Collection think it is essential that our guests’ reservations are handled correctly and that their wishes and needs are fulfilled. Therefore, it is crucial to have a steady Reservations Coordinator to handle this great responsibility. The role of the Reservations Coordinator is not just limited to making reservations. You will have daily contact with guests and play a crucial role in creating potential sales leads. The reservations department is one of the most important and required departments within the company
**This is what you're going to do**
In your role as Reservations Coordinator for 3 days a week, you will be responsible for processing and booking individual reservations for each of our hotels in the Netherlands and assisting our hotels abroad, when required. You ensure that all our guests' requirements are met and know exactly how to react to any requested changes. Your mission is to communicate with guests, as well as the hotels, to achieve the highest possible revenue and provide an exceptional customer service experience. Our Headquarters is situated in the city centre of Amsterdam
**Together with**:
- Manage and confirm individual hotel bookings throughout the Netherlands, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Proactively promote and upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience
- Efficiently handle reservation modifications, special requests, and options, maintaining accuracy and timeliness
- Execute financial duties including generating pro forma invoices and managing commissions
- Conduct daily administrative tasks such as monitoring arrivals and coordinating with hotel front desks
- Collaborate closely with hotel front desks to optimize revenue generation and elevate customer satisfaction
You are a passionate and enthusiastic sales person who loves to exceed a guest’s wishes. You are a people person and want to make every event possible for a guest. It is also important that you have an eye for detail and think in solutions. You’re not afraid to work under time pressure. People describe you as detail-oriented and organized and last but not least, you like to work hard, but also play hard
**In combination with**:
- You ideally have a degree in hotel management;
- You have at least 1 year experience within a reservations or customer service department, experience in hotel reservations is a big bonus;
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
- Knowledge of different PMS systems is a big bonus;

I’m well-known of my delicious Hungarian dishes and my outspoken personality. I grab every opportunity to travel, the wonders of nature never cease to impress me though I also love cultural city trips, due to my deep interest in the history of humanity. I’m responsible for my beloved Max Brown hotels in terms of every task connected to Reservations, including customer service and administration. I believe that hospitality is more than just checking hotel bookings coming in, it needs preparation as well as follow up which can be smoothly done by organising the daily task in an optimal way.
