**Jouw hart klopt sneller van omzet en reserveringen**

Als Junior Revenue & Reservations Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse en strategische werkzaamheden in het Revenue Management. Verder hou jij je bezig met de verwerking voor individuele
- en groepsreserveringen, waarbij je ook het aanspreekpunt bent voor de groepsreserveringen tijdens de beursperiodes. Je ondersteunt het Sales-team met het verwerken van meetings
- en events aanvragen. Zo draag jij, samen met het team, als Junior Revenue & Reservations Coordinator bij aan een hoog niveau van gastvrijheid in ons hotel. Dus neem je kennis en ervaring mee en draag 38 uur per week samen met het gezelligste team bij door het:

- Beheren van het dynamisch prijsbeleid met behulp van het Revenue management systeem Duetto en benchmark tools en het analyseren van trends in de markt
- Analyseren van de vraag en prijsdynamieken met name bij congressen en beurzen in de omgeving van het hotel en de stad
- Inzicht verkrijgen en stroomlijnen van alle prijsstructuren in het systeem
- Aannemen en verwerken van individuele
- en groepsreserveringen in Amadeus, in samenwerking met de afdeling Frontoffice en Sales
- Beheren van OTA’s
- Opbouwen van contact met onze zakelijke
- en leisure gasten en communicatie met betrokken afdelingen in het hotel.

- Een bruto maand salaris tussen €2800;
- en €3400;

Van der Valk hotel Amsterdam Zuidas beschikt over 3 restaurants, 234 hotelkamers, 9 banqueting zalen. Gelegen in het businessdistrict van Nederland focussen wij ons vooral op zakelijke gasten, zowel internationaal als nationaal.

- Een relevant
- en afgerond mbo of hbo-diploma
- Kennis en ervaring met het werken in Excel
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Een grote servicegerichtheid, representativiteit en ben je commercieel ingesteld
