**This role will focus on**:
This is a newly created role in our EMEA division supporting three countries namely Belgium, Netherlands (Benelux) and Switzerland

The aim of the Commercial Finance Administrator is to efficiently, safely and effectively perform commercial and administrative tasks including the creation of standard quotations, orders and invoices. This involves working with (inside) sales engineers, supply sites and the finance department. You will be responsible for local stock and its management, including warehouse and demo management. You will also be responsible for the most common administrative tasks and plays a curial role in data accuracy by updating the CRM with up-to-date prospect and customer information.

**Key Accountabilities include**:

- Working with supply sites to expedite deliveries, or track shipments as requested by customer.
- Coordinating inbound calls, handling and diverting as appropriate.
- Support standard quotation processing.
- Updating databases and customer records.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing sales contracts and agreements.
- Manage customs documentation for international received goods.
- Liaise with customs brokers and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth clearance.
- Maintain inventory records for demo stock items
- Regularly update and maintain customer and prospect information in the CRM system.
- Ensure data accuracy by cross referencing with sales records and customer feedback.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Minimum of senior secondary vocational education, preferred Bachelor level
- Strong administrative skills.
- Excellent data entry experience.
- Good command of the Dutch, English and German languages.
- Knowledge and proficient with ERP/CRM programmes.
