**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

**KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to)**
- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects across various stages of the student housing lifecycle, from development to operation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Operational Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses of operational processes, performance metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within the student housing portfolio.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation for the COO and other senior leaders. Ensure clear and effective communication of project status, findings, and recommendations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams, including development, operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful project execution. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with projects and operations. Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges and ensure project continuity.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape in the student housing sector. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management methodologies, tools, and processes. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets. Monitor expenditures and ensure financial resources are utilized effectively.

**Requirements**:
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate, student housing, or a related field.
- Skills:

- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
