Within Value Stream Customer Engagement & Commerce, we are looking for a business analyst with the expertise to further strengthen and help build business reporting.
Value Stream Customer Engagement & Commerce includes the domains of Payments, Savings & Investments, Mobile & Web and Commercial.

The team has the knowledge of the business to interpret the data and you work closely with data stewards who monitor data quality, with Customer Journey Experts and Business Analysts who make process adjustments and with multiple departments (data and finance) to be responsible for reports end to end.

This involves ensuring the correct, timely and complete delivery of reports to supervisory authorities, such as the Tax and Customs Administration (CESOP) and DNB (PAY, IKB DGS).

In addition, you are an all-round business analyst and can be widely deployed to support teams in building solutions for our customers.

**Your Profile**:

- We expect you to be most successful in this role if you:_
- Has good relationship management skills;
- Has highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Are a strong personality who is quality-oriented and tenacious;
- Are eager to learn and result-oriented and can quickly make connections;
- Can clearly interpret the legal requirements (e.g. PAY, CESOP and IKB DGS) and can use this specialist knowledge to make a correct analysis of the situation at Knab;
- Have several years of professional experience in reporting, a significant part of which is experience with and the assessment of reports to supervisors;
- You have completed a HBO/WO education, supplemented with relevant practical experience.
